1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest model in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed for travel, and fits through standard doors easily due to its narrow and slim design. It's also one the lightest double buggies on the market that weighs just 14lbs when folded. It's ideal for travel with a toddler and infant as you won’t exceed the allowances for luggage on airlines. It also folds to the size of a travel bag so you can tuck it away in the back of your car when not being used.
The one-handed Z-shape fold is easy and is extremely compact once you've mastered it. It can take a couple of minutes to fold. Our test subject found the auto-lock somewhat confusing, and because the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you push it and it landed on her leg when she used it. She also thought the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially the case when a large change bag hangs from it.
In contrast to other travel buggies that are lightweight that aren't loaded with features. It's one of the most feature-packed double strollers available. The four tires made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain. However, they were not designed for off-roading. They had trouble with long grass and gravel and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. That being said our tester was still enthralled riding this buggy, and it did climb some pretty dirt hills.

The hoods were also simple to adjust for sun or wind protection. They didn't offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth having an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way Nipper Double let them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to running to the park for a playdate. They were also amazed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of space for growing toddlers to sprawl out in. The absence of parent-facing seating and the inability of using a car seat on this buggy were both noted as a problem by our test participants. They would have preferred a larger storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
